MGMT Gene Silencing and Benefit From Temozolomide in Glioblastoma

Article Abstract
Patients with glioblastoma containing a methylated MGMT promotor benefited from temozolomide, whereas those who did not have a methylated MGMT promotor did not have such a benefit.
